Please provide your order number when reaching out about an order; this number is formatted as #IN-######-ARW. Because our offices and warehouse are closed on evenings, weekends, and all major holidays, no emails or calls will be returned, and no orders will be processed or fulfilled during this time. If you reach out when we are closed, and you are requesting an order edit/cancellation or address change on an order that has not yet shipped, make sure to provide the order number and the requested edit information, including the updated shipping address. We will do our absolute best to fulfill these requests on the next business day, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be located and pulled before it is fulfilled. We apologize in advance if the order is fulfilled and shipped before we can locate it.

Because our products are NOT compression wear, they should NOT fit tightly! Think of a sock- they should be just snug enough to not fall off, but comfortable enough that you don’t notice it’s on and that it can be worn 24/7.

Heads up! Our product sizing does NOT follow a traditional sizing scheme, and some of our sizing runs large, while others run very small. Every product size is based on a specific body part measurement and a corresponding size chart. Please refer to these measuring instructions and chart found on every product page before choosing your size! 

You can safely wear our products 24/7 as long as they are not worn compressively but should be worn to comfort. For active pain and injuries, we recommend wearing the item for at least 8-10 hours per day, for maximum efficacy- the more they’re worn, the better! All Incrediwear products can be slept in and can keep you feeling comfortable during the night.

While this is rare, we have received feedback from a small handful of customers developing reactions. Generally, the reactions were not directly related to the technology or textiles in Incrediwear products.
